Our Shipping Policy ensures smooth delivery of your orders while accommodating holidays and weekends. Please note the following:

  • Shipping Schedule: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays such as New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Orders received just before or during these periods will be roasted and shipped after the holiday.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address provided during checkout. Soulful Sips Coffee is not liable for incorrect addresses, and any additional fees incurred to redirect packages to the correct address are the customer's responsibility. If an address issue is detected, we will make every effort to contact you for an updated or alternative shipping address.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, although we reserve the right to choose other carriers as needed.
  • Tracking Information: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Should you not find it there, please contact us.
  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive an additional email notification once your order is delivered.
  • Package Responsibility: Once packages leave our facility, Soulful Sips Coffee is not accountable for them, and we do not guarantee specific arrival times. In the event of package damage upon arrival, keep the bags in their original packaging and take photos. Please contact us within one day of receiving any damaged orders.
  • Military and APO Addresses: We ship to military bases and APO addresses via USPS. If you encounter any difficulties with these addresses, please reach out to us, and we will assist you promptly.
